If you can’t see the actual photo booth before choosing it, you at least want to see a picture of it before putting down a deposit. You also want to ask how many people can fit in it at a time and how much space you need to save for it at your event.

 

2. Are the pictures clear when printed?

Imagine how embarrassing it would be if your guests received blurry pictures as their keepsake of your event. To prevent this, it is imperative that you see real images produced by the photo booth so that you know the quality is up to your standards.

 

3. Do the photos print right away?

Some photo booth companies store all of the images digitally and print them after the fact, while others are traditional photo booths that print onsite. Of course, only you can decide which option is the best for you, but it’s important to know what you are getting in advance.

 

4. Are there any hidden costs?

Make sure you have a clear understanding of everything that is included with your rental. Does it incorporate the setup and teardown charges? Do you have to pay extra for the prints? Are any props included? These are all things you need to know before comparing prices. The last thing you want is a hidden charge that pops up after your event is over.
